Return Policy

Welcome to Ajooni jewels, you have just bought a beautiful piece of handcrafted jewellery. Please take a moment to understand that most of our products are hand crafted by artisans. As a result each product is unique and can be slightly different from the other. Gemstones are naturally occurring minerals from our mother earth, hence inclusions with in the gem stones and colour of each gem stone naturally varies from one another. Before getting shipped, your orders go through strict product and packaging quality checks so you can enjoy wearing our jewellery hassle free.

Please note exchange will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. Please contact us at ajoonijewels@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order along with a photograph of the damaged /incorrect product ( unworn and with original packaging).

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

  1. Please contact us immediately at ajoonijewels@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product along with the photograph of product and packaging.
  2. Then the quality team at Ajooni Jewels will decide if the product is approved for an exchange. You will be notified for the same via email.
  3. Once the quality team has approved an exchange you will be notified for the same via email and steps to exchange will also be given in the email.
  4. Incase if we are unable to provide you with an exchange due to non- availability of the same piece, following refund options will be provided.

Customers will be given refund in the same way they made payment.

  • Money back to the paid account / credit card for all online orders.
  • Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders.
  • Purchases made with gift vouchers

** Please note refund will ONLY be given on genuine quality issues where product is damaged in transit and we cannot provide you with the same piece due to non-availability.

Please don’t not simply send back the product. An exchange may not be given. Please email us before sending back. Only send back products once you have received an approval email.

Please note –

  1. Items you return should not be worn / used / tampered with.
  2. All original packaging, labels, tags, jewellery care card etc. should be intact and send back along with product.

Cancellation

We shall not be able to process the cancellations if the order/orders are processed.
